We specialize in deep cleaning maintenance allowing your system to remain efficient and reliable while improving the quality of air circulating in your home or business.
Our proprietary method provides a thorough, detailed cleaning of indoor heads. We disassemble units completely to access the nooks and crannies where mold, mildew, pesticides, dust, pet dander and other allergens are lurking, so you can breathe easy.
Diagnostics + Repair
If your system isn't functioning properly we work to isolate the problem and offer the solutions you need to get your system up and running again.
We pride ourselves on friendly, efficient and knowledgeable diagnostics and repair so you can resume enjoying reliable climate control at the touch of a button.
Diagnostics & Repair: $100/hour, billed in 15-minute increments.

Inspection
Whistling, dripping, blinking codes, or unusual smells can all be signs your unit isn’t operating at its best—we can help.
We'll determine whether service, repair, or deep cleaning is needed. A general inspection includes checking operation, cleaning primary filters, and vacuuming condensate drain lines to help prevent leaks.
This service offers peace of mind while helping keep your system running in peak condition.
**Diagnostics, repair, or deep cleaning are not included and are billed separately.
Service Area & Travel Policy
Service Area
We proudly serve Southern Maine, including towns throughout Northern York and Southern
Cumberland Counties, with no travel fee for homes located within approximately 30 minutes of our base in Arundel.
Extended Service
Extended-distance appointments require additional time and cost. For locations more than 30 minutes from our base (Route 1 in Arundel), a $50 per half hour travel fee will apply.
This covers drive time, fuel, vehicle wear, and the time for technicians traveling to your home. The travel fee ensures we can continue providing high-quality, reliable service to all clients.
We always aim to keep travel efficient and will confirm any fees upfront—no surprises.
